Is it suitable for my language level and goal?
2Fluent offers learning plans and materials that suit all ages and levels. If you have a specific learning goal or need, our qualified tutors will tailor-make a study plan that helps you achieve your goals.
Why should I learn with 2Fluent but not other online platforms?
The key difference between 2Fluent and other online platforms is that 2Fluent provides structured learning materials and training that are designed by experienced teachers.
What software & hardware do I need?
You only need four things: a stable internet connection, a device with internet connectivity, a gmail account and the Zoom app.
We also highly recommend that students use a computer with webcam and headphones for the best learning experience.

How do I schedule lessons or purchase group courses from 2Fluent?
Please click “Book Now” on our website, select the Trial/Package/Group course that you would like to purchase. When you select the time slots, please make sure your timezone is correct. After that, fill in your name and email, then finish the booking with a payment. You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing the Trial/Package/Group course.
How long will I be fluent in the language?
Your progress depends on which learning mode you are in. Private lessons are more customised to fit your learning pace so it would be more suitable if you want to master a language ASAP. You can also refer to the CEFR for more detailed learning hours suggested. Please note that the time quoted includes both lesson tutoring and self study!
What learning materials will I get?
For private lessons, you will receive learning materials through Google Document. For group courses, you can download the learning materials from Google Classroom for free. All materials are in-house developed by 2Fluent experts and aligns with internationally recognised standards.

2Fluent Private Lesson
How do trial lessons work?
You can book a 25-min private trial lesson with any of our tutors to get yourself started. To book a trial lesson, click on the “Book Trial with [Tutor’s Name]” button next to each tutor’s profile and select a time slot in the scheduler. Technically, students may take as many trial lessons as they want, but the lesson history will not be recorded on Google Document. The purpose of trial lessons is for students to see how 2Fluent works.
How does the package work?
Once you’ve purchased a package, the lesson package is valid for the next 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email with your package code. On the booking page, you will be presented with a list of tutors and his/ her available time slots. To schedule a lesson, select the time slot(s), enter your name, email and package code, then click “Complete Appointment”. You will receive a confirmation email for each lesson scheduled. Each time slot is 25 minutes long. If you’d like to have a longer session, click “Add a Time” to select multiple slots. You can spend the credit to book different language lessons.
Do I need to stick to a regular schedule?
You don’t necessarily have to stick with a regular schedule. However, learning a language requires consistent practice. We would recommend you see your tutor regularly to keep yourself on track and motivated. If you are a busy person, you can schedule lessons that perfectly fit your schedule. The earliest available time slot that you can book with a tutor ranges from 1 to 7 days ahead of the current time.
How do I track my learning progress?
You will receive a Google Document link after the purchase of your first package. Tutors will link learning materials to your Google Document and write lesson history after each lesson.
What if I don’t like the tutor? Can I change tutors?
On the rare occasion where you are not satisfied with the tutor, you can change to another tutor with your remaining credits. In fact, the package you purchased is not specific to any tutor. You have the opportunity to learn from tutors with different backgrounds, qualifications, experiences and styles.
How do I reschedule/cancel lessons with 2Fluent?
You can only “Cancel” and “Schedule” lessons on our platform. If you need to reschedule a lesson, cancel the lesson and schedule another one. First, go to your email account; second, retrieve the confirmation email of the lesson you want to reschedule or cancel; third, click on ‘Cancel’. The credit(s) will be returned to your package. Lastly, come back to our website and schedule another lesson.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my lesson?
If you cancel the lesson more than 72 hours ahead of the lesson start time, the credit(s) will be returned to your package.
2Fluent Group Course
How does it work?
After enrolling in a group course on our platform, you will receive the enrolment confirmation via email. 7 days before the start date of the course, we will send you the Zoom meeting and Google classroom links. You are able to download the learning materials from Google Classroom at this point. After that, wait until the lesson start time and join the class with 2-5 fellow students from around the world via Zoom.
If unfortunately the course cannot go ahead due to low enrollment, we will also announce it 7 days before the start date. Your credit card will not be charged.

Do I need to stick to a class schedule?
Each group course (12 hours) has a fixed schedule agreed beforehand with no rescheduling option.
Will I receive something to show my learning progress?
Yes! You will receive a Google classroom link after you purchase your first package. Tutors will share the learning materials on Google classroom and write down the progress of each lesson. You can request for the certificate for each group course that you 100% completed.
Who are the tutors?
All of our tutors are certified, qualified and have teaching experience. You will have the opportunity to learn from a different tutor every group course.
What if I don’t like the tutor? Can I change tutors?
There is usually only one tutor assigned for a course. However if you find the lesson extremely unsatisfactory, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can see what are the best available options for you.
